We’re all going to eat a lot of crap today ‘cause frankly that’s a huge part of what Christmas is all about. But this guy in America has taken his calorie intake to a different level. After a little explanation, he explains that he was having a chat with a friend and they discussed the most amount of calories they could take in - in one go. The winning idea seemed to be a 3 litre bottle of cod liver oil. Naturally enough he gulps it down – in under 3 minutes. Now, he quickly turns off the camera afterwards, so we’re not sure how his digestive system reacted – but it can’t of been pretty. We’re all going to eat a lot of crap today ‘cause frankly that’s a huge part of what Christmas is all about. But this guy in America has taken his calorie intake to a different level.
