Summer days can drag, especially of you pine for some Lionel Messi action. The little maestro enjoyed a well earned summer break and he is now back at work for Barca.

But one his fans couldn’t bear to live without Lionel so he - we assume that YouTube user HeilRJ is male – decided to put together a compilation video. But this is no ordinary highlight reel. This is a collection of the many, many times that Messi has struck the woodwork.

There are no goals in this five-minute clip but Messi’s brilliance still shines through, even when he is off by just a fraction.
