Video: Anything Charlie Adam can do, Sergio Ramos can do better with horrendous penalty miss

Please be careful on your daily commute this morning, as no one is quite sure if Sergio Ramos' decisive penalty miss in last night's Champions League semi-final has landed yet.

The fiery Spaniard's miss - along with two botched attempts from Real Madrid's former Ballon d'Or winners Cristiano Ronaldo and Kaka - means that Saturday, May 19 will see a Bayern Munich v Chelsea Champions League Final at the Bavarian's home stadium of the Allianz Arena.

The real shock, however, was just how bad the defender's penalty miss was - recalling the horrific Charlie Adam effort in February's Carling Cup Final for Liverpool, which may or may not have ruined this man's ice cream.

The game itself was a 2-1 victory for Real Madrid, who had earlier gone ahead by two goals following a Cristiano Ronaldo brace. However, once former Real winger Arjen Robben equalised for the Bundesliga giants, the game mimicked the score of the first leg and thus needed extra time and a penalty shoot-out to settle the tie.

Unfortunately for football fans everywhere, however, the May 19 final will be without a plethora of suspended first team starters, as Bayern lost David Alaba (arguably the best player last night), Luis Gustavo and Holger Badstuber after each received a yellow card to take them out of the final itself. Chelsea will also miss John Terry, Raul Meireles, Branislav Ivanovic and Ramires for the trip to Munich.

For now, however, sit back and enjoy that awful Ramos effort above, along with a surprise ending involving an unsuspecting female reporter.
