Irish pub and drink industry "close to meltdown"

According to new figures published by the CSO the pub and drinks sector has shrunk 28 per cent in the last four years and is “close to meltdown”.

soo this mean that its my patriotic duty to go back on the drink?........personal issues aside, the publicans and drink industry have only themselves to blame with the ludicris prices they charge and have been chargeing for years, 3+ euro for even a coke? I get better deals from muggers :p
